Panglao Island Nature Resort is located in the north part of the island, build in a typical Filipino ambiance using local construction techniques and materials. Typical tropical vegetation, which hide the single bungalows and buildings. Perfectly. The resort is build on a cliff, 10 meters over the white sand beach. The beach is excellent, one of the best in the Philippine - has powder-white sand. Absolutely beautiful. Quality of food is 3 star, very big menu and prices very reasonable. Has Swimming Pool with sit-in Bar, Waterfall. Panglao is a very good alternative to Cebu's beach resorts.

Day 01 :
- Arrive Tagbilaran via gateway Manila or gateway Cebu.
- Meet and assist at the airport or seaport.
- Transfer to Panglao Nature Resort for 15 minutes by car.
- Check-in at your chosen accommodation. Overnight

1. Tagbilaran "Tricycle" City Tour

- Moving around the city by public transport - the three wheeled "tricycle" can be an interesting experience. The central market displays the agricultural and marine Product of the province while in Torralba market you find locally produced handicraft. Across the town plaza is the St. Joseph Cathedral, originally built in 1767 by the Jesuit Mission. Across the Cathedral is another old Spanish-built edifice, which now houses Government offices. A walking distance is the Bohol National Museum, which displays Historical artifacts of the province.

2. Tarsiers Trek

- An early morning trek into the natural habitat of the oldest known primate "The Tarsier". After a 30 minute ride form the capital city of Tagbilaran, you reach Corella Town; the Tarsier sanctuary manage bye the Philippine Tarsier Foundation. At the Visitor center, An expert will give a briefing on the characteristics and behavior of the Tarsier and the Conservation efforts of the Foundation. Them the trek commences. The foundation has established at least 3 different walking trails of different categories. A local ranger will Accompany the trek. Walking shoes is a must. For extra protection, put on a long-sleeved blouse and don't forge the insect repellent lotion. Extra shirt might be useful after the trek. Trekking is for about - 60-90 minutes, you are back at the Visitor Center. While you relax and share with each other your experiences with the tarsier, packed breakfast is serve.

3. Pamilacan Dolphin and Whale Watching Expedition

- An early morning boat trip to the seawaters southeast of the capital city of Tagbilaran, on board a motorized outrigger boat. The crews are former Whale hunters who now work as "Whale Spotters" for this tour. During the boat ride, these "spotters" usually stand at the Boat's bow. He signals the direction of the Whales or Dolphins. Boat ride can be between 1-2 hrs before any sightings. Several species of Dolphins including the playful spinner dolphins are considered resident in the area. At least 6 different species of Whales (toothed and baleen) are also sighted in between April - June. However, Toothed Whales are reportedly sighted during February to as late as November while Baleen whales are sighted from February to August. At midday, you head for the island of Pamilacan for a sumptuous lunch prepared and served by womenfolk's association. The afternoon may be spent for a walking tour around the island to see how former "Whale Hunters" live. Or better still, swim in the crystal clear waters right in front of A Spanish Fort or snorkel in the "sanctuary" where colorful marine life is in abundance.
