Cebu, "the Queen City of the South", is the oldest and second largest metropolis in the country. Moalboal is on the southwest coast of Cebu, about 90kms by road from Cebu City.

DIVING

There are numerous diving opportunities in the Moalboal area. Visibility averages 70ft (21meters) and water temperature averages 79ºF (26ºC).
